3. Refund Eligibility

Because BashOps Radar provides immediate access to digital software and AI services, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.

• Technical issues that prevented access to the paid service

4. Free Plan

Users can continue using BashOps Radar under the Free plan, subject to its feature and usage limits, without providing payment information.
